I’m not a chef just a hearty eater jurist! I’m really intrigued to know how ingredients combination taste like. Sometimes my experiments produce fabulous recipes, and some other not, but I learn what doesn’t work. Stay relaxed, on this site you’ll find only traditional and/or well made recipes!
I started cooking when i was 15 years old, at first I find it was difficult and boring, but time after time i’ve started to learn how to do better and it becomes my meditation time.
Many people doesn’t like to cook, but i would like to tell them a secret… the relationship you have with food is connected with relationship you have with your life. If you can be balanced about food, be sure you”ll be well balanced with your emotion.
Be happy, eat with appetite, be curious, made your experiment, eat different taste at the same time, don’t say i don’t like something before you’ve tasted it, and you’ll prepare yourself to happiness!
Cooking is an art, and if you like to learn it, taste everything, You have to know what are you going to use. Don’t worry if you made mistakes, it is normal.
Oh, a personal note! If you read my recipes, often i don’t write the amount of ingredient you have to use. The reason is that you can decide by yourself how much ingredient you like and the recipe will not fail. Only some recipes like cakes or pastry making requires the perfect amount of ingredients.
Made your experiment just following a general explanation will help you to develope a kind of perfect pitch.
