“Pipe” is a tipical Italian pasta, very used with beans or other kind of legumes.
I use this pasta often for its singularity. Infact,because of Its form It can retain a lot of sauce inside.
Ingredients
- Pasta Pipe or if you can't find it in your country, you may use every kind of pasta.
- Tomato sauce
- Sausage (pork or turkey or other meat sausage)
- Onion
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Chop the onion and fry it into a pan with 3 spoon of oil. When browned add the sausage in small piece and fry-pan for 5- 8 minute .
- At this point add the tomato sauce and let it cook on medium flame for 20- 30 minute.
- In the meanwhile, let's boiling water for the pasta into a large pot.

- When the pasta is Cooked, drain it than dress with sausage sauce and serve.
