We have a lot of kind of pasta in Italy. This time we’ll cook a pasta called “farfalle”. The translation is butterfly. The sauce we’ll prepare is for people who like spiced taste.
Ingredients
- Pasta Farfalle
- 3 or 4 Zucchini
- Shrimps
- Double cream
- Garlic
- Hot pepper
- Curry
Instructions
- Let's slice the zucchini like i the following picture.
- Into a large pan we'll put a small piece of hot pepper and a little bit of chopped garlic and we'll fry them a little.
- Is time to add the zucchini and a glass of hot water and let them cook for 10 minute.
- Now let's add shrimps, a little bit of tomato paste, the curry and some double cream, than cook for 5 to 10 minute.
- When the sauce is ready, cook the farfalle into a large pot for the time written on the box, than drain it and dress with the sauce
